EEU2 - CSI

Hi am confused about comprehensive sickness insurance,we are married,my EEU husband economically self sufficient,he got his pension and his NHS card he lived in UK for 40 years,I am non EEU and i got my NHS card i lived here for 10 years,plus we got a child,he got 1 as well shall we need C.S.I. pls let me know

You should be fine without CSI. Use form EEA4 instead of EEA2.

How long have you been married? Use form EEA4 if more than 5 years. Otherwise form EEA2.

In any case, your husband has been in the UK long enough that he should have a status of a permanent resident. Does he has such proof?

OP appears to be the family member of a person who ceased activity under regulation 5. She therefore qualifies for PR without the need to meet the residency requirement.

In view of my above adsessment, i believe an EEA 4 application is the most appropriate form to fill.
