eea4 time

Guys do you know roughly how long it takes to have EEA4? My wife got her EEA3 in less than a month ( or a month including delivering her documents by HO) and I haven’t receive anything yet. We sent the documents together in one special delivery envelope? Also how much are the chances of me having EEA4 if my wife already got her EEA3? I need my documents back for easter holidays?
