Please Help! EEA2 or EEA4

Hi, Please Help me. I'm a EEA married to an NON EEA we are married for 6 years, first we applyed for a visa it was given him a 6 months visa then we applyed again with EEA2 and he was given an 5 years visa. He has been working for 5 years but i Have not worked for the 5 years because I got pregnant after 2 years and then with 2 chindren I could not get back to work. So now I don't know what should we apply for, another 5 years? Or PR ? Please Help me

Hi Alinne,
Don’t worry about anything. So EEA clock stops when you stop exercising the treaty rights. When you were pregnant and if at that time you didn’t have EHIC from your country or any CSI ( insurance) covring yourself and your family then the clock stopped from that time. Colock won’t stop if you can provide evidence that you were a job seeker or registered with the job centre or if you can show emails from recruitment agencies stating that you were searching for jobs. But now your husband can apply for EEA2 again. He won’t have any problems. Please note that your PR and your husband’s PR depends upon YOU. You should be exercising the rights in any ways. Hope this help.

And another question I have, His visa expires on 15/03/2012 and at the moment Im in brazil and I will be back on the 20/03/2012 If we apply for the EEA2 is any problem applying after the date the visa expires? would it be a problem?
