My dear friends,

I have 35 days left of my EEA family permit visa. Yet I didnt apply because My wife didnt have any job yet. Actually I dont have enough idea about this EEA 2 application rules. I need to know few things. Please my dear friends help me by giving some information.

1. Is it possible to apply for my resident card if my wife is a job seeker and she get job seeker allowance (yet she is not registered as a job seeker and not getting allowance) ?

2. I have only 35 days left of my visa, is it problem for UKBA ?

3. Please tell me list of documents i have to send to UKBA office. Is it necessary to send my passport also ?

My dear friends, I am working full time since we came to UK. My wife didnt start working because we have a small kid. Hope fully she will get a job soon. At this moment really I dont know what should i do. Please give me some advice...

i am not sure I can answer your question but I think you can help me in this EEA family permit VISA because already ahead of me. I am currently on Tier 1 VISA due for extension in next 35 days. I totally forgot to maintain funds in a personal account. You can search this forum for post about Tier 1.

Now I am thinking I will get refused if I apply for extension due to maintenance funds issue which is very big issue.

What I am thinking to switch to EEA family permit. My GF is polish and we have a son. Can you please help if I can switch while I am in UK in next 35 days because we are not married yet
