Im pretty sure it doesnt but I have requested my passport back @ the end of april if my EEA 2 application is not done by then

I applied mid December so I was hoping it would be done by now but sadly it hasnt

I know people who have applied in Nov are getting their RCs now so heres hoping


Anyways can anyone confirm that me requesting my documents cont send my application into cancellation?

"If we return your documents at your request we will not withdraw your application and you will not be required to make a fresh application. However, on occasion we may need to request your passport or ID card back to complete the processing of your residence card."
