EEA3 Waiting times NEW

Hey guys,
I have applied for my PR (EEA3) on the 7th of Feb 2012 and still waiting.
Can anyone share your recent experience on how much you have waited for your PR to arrive...? :)

mine wife's took a around 25 days to come back

my wife PR came today, she sent it on 6feb 2012, so hopefully you will get yours before the end of the week.

it take one month it was sent on 6/2/12 get it today 6/3/12. so that 30day. hope you sumite all necceray document.

Hi all,

EEA3/EEA4 sent on 27/01
Received on 30/01
EEA4 COA arrived on 05/03
PR for EEA3 and EEA4 arrived on 06/03

If you ask me, I will suggest you call HO to know what is going on, it seems those that had this delay and have call them had positive result.

Im trying to call them for the last 2 weeks and I cant get trhough...nobody answers the phone...

The best time to get through to them is in the morning. And you still have to wait in the queue for about 15 minutes.

Well u dont really expect them to process ur application in 10 days?

I got mine today dated 19 th of April applied23rd of March so not really too bad inluding Easter holidays

Do you mean you PR? That was very fast, I applied on the 19th of March, no CoA yet. Though mine was Eea3 and eea4 application.

Yes EEA3 i made the aplication very simple for them with all dates etc.... Yah it was quite fast but the waiting period is in general 4weeks so really im within the time

Well congrats girl! U r very lucky i guess...as im still waiting...what docs u supplied again?

I supplied everything.. lol

All P60s, tenancy agreements, work payslips, letter from my job ( which they kept), my bachelors degree , and confirmation from my University now ( they also kept), my blue card of no restrictions they returned it to me (i thought they wouldnt) and basically thats it

Good luck, im sure you should receive it shortly. I had packed them chronologically and had put a cover letter as well making it simple to them

that was exactly what I did in my application too, I arranged every docs accordingly and put them in different files, explaining what each document is for.

Well thats what i did as well, bearing in mind that i am lawyer by education...but...i guess in my cover letter I wrote them to bear in mind Art 18 about the fact that they need to issue it as soon as possible which might have annoyed them...
