Hi,

If a student on Tier 4 marries to a EEA citizen, then how could he extend his stay as an EEA family member. As I checked, the application for EEA family permit should only be done out country. Then, what do the family members who are already in the UK do?

Thank you in advance

Apply using the EEA2 form, downloadable from the UKBA website.

It really depends on what the EU national is doing in the UK.

Thank you for your response. She is working full time here. I think that he should apply by EEA2 form.

Correct EEA2 form. Working is fine.
