Qualifying for ILR

Hi, i have been in this country since 2003, however from january 2003 to august 2006, i think i am classified as illegal due to misplace of my document by ukba. i went back to my country voluntarily in august 2006 and reapply and came back UK in september 2006 on student visa. In 2010 was on post study visa and since 2012 i am on work permit visa until feb 2015. I need to know if there is any way i can apply for ILR before my visa finishes. Any help will be appreciated.
