Hi
I am British Citizenship since Feb 2010 via naturalisation . My Wife and daughter is on ILR status granted in June 2005 . As My daughter in and out of UK for last 10 year . But Since June 2011 she and my wife both now settled in UK and My daughter is studying in UK .As I am unable to find if my daughter can apply for British citizenship now. My daughter was born outside UK in May 2002 at that time I was on Work Permit scheme . She is has been away more than 450 day in last five years but not more than 200 days in last 3 year and also not more than 90 day in last 1 year. I just wanted to know if she is eligible to apply British nationality using MN1 form . Please help me
Thanks
Rohit

Thank you do I need to provide any extra document e.g school letter other than below required documents
Father British Passport
Mother current Passport and ILR
Daughter all Passport and ILR
Parent Marriage certificate
Daughter Birth certificate
As I am seeing few places that in my case HO will want to see the child future lies in the country but not sure what evidence need to be provided for this requirement. I am only applying for my daughter through MN1 not applying for my wife now till next year under 3 year residency requirement .
