Urgent ILR Info required

Some one Please help me on this following term:
my wife is an british citizen and currently claiming housing benefit and also working.
my spouse visa is finishing in two months time and I don't have my name in the housing (DW).
Is it going to cost us any problem for my ILR application since I dont claim anything.
I would be very greatful with a solution.
