ILR, dependant marriage certificate surname missing

I am applying for ILR in March, 2014. My dependant wife surname is missing in our marriage certificate but she was granted and later extended Tier 1 dependant visa using the same marriage certificate. I am a bit concerned that about this. Do I need to change her name (include her surname) in marriage certificate or is this ok as she was already granted/extended Tier 1 dependant visa? Our marriage certificate is in Urdu language and I have it's translation in English. Any advice will be greatly appreciated?
