Hi,
I graduated from the Univeristy of Oradea, faculty of Medicine and I am trying to register with the GMC and have sent them all the documents that they asked for, but it need to send them a certificate of Good Standing. Can somebody please tell me where I have to go in Oradea to get it, what documents I need to give them and how long will it take?

i would really appreciate it if someone could please get back to me ASAP!

Many thanks!!

Hi,
I actually have one from the police, I also have a letter from my Univeristy, which I had sent off but it seems like they want this certificate from somewhere else. Even on the GMC website they have given a completely different address regarding where I have to go to get it.
I just wanted to know of anyone else managed to get it from Oradea and what paperwork to do I have to give to them and in what sort of timescale am I likely to receive the document in.

Thanks anyway.

Hi
I did ring them, twice. The first time, I was told that the document from the police would be suitable and then the second time I phoned them, I was told that the document from the police would not be suitable. I am now waiting for a third agent to confirm whether or not this is the document I need to send them or do I have to get a completely different document. Hence reverting back to my initial question.
