Hi, I entered UK in Jan2013 as tier 1 dependent. My spouse has now moved to ILR category. Can someone pls confirm if I have to wait for 5 years to apply for ILR or if I can apply in jan 15?
When did you apply for your PBS dependant visa?
On what basis was your spouse granted ILR?
