Myself and my wife's ILR application was approved and awaiting for the Bio-metrics card to arrive.

I have the below convictions:
1. on 01-10-2012 - my vehicle was unlicensed [Road tax has expired] and £200 fine.
2. on 31-10-2012 - motor vehicle without third party insurance - 6 points to driving license and £600 fine.

And I was out of UK for 161d in one of the year.

My application got approved and it taken just 2 hours to complete the entire process.

Just a quick question, My son[2yrs 6m] was born in UK, as he will eligible to apply citizenship as we both got the ILR now.
Can anyone point me the process to apply, the documents required and application form name?

Thanks for all the help.

Cheers
Prashanth

Hello Prashanth,

Did you disclose your 2 convictions in the ILR forms? Because as per the ILR guidance , 24 months are to be spent before one can apply for ILR.
