Is Tier-1 Dependent valid after ILR for main applicant

Hello,

I recently got approval for an ILR application for myself and my wife. Since my daughter was born in the UK, I did not apply for her ILR as I was planning to apply for Register as a British citizen. My daughter's current Tier-1 Dependent visa runs out in Sep this year and I realized that whole Register as British Citizen process takes long time.

I was planning a trip outside UK, but not certain about Visa status for my daughter, Can she travel outside UK?
She still have a Tier-1 Dependent visa running out in Set 2015 but my Main applicant's status has changed to ILR.

Any advice is highly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi

I have seen your post and hopefully some one will reply you.
I have been on this forum for a while now and that there are many experts and am sure you will get advice soon.

I am on Tier 1 General as well and am due to apply first week of May 2015.

Do you have any suggestions for me?

Also advise if I should apply through post or should I make appointment in PEO?

Gurus, please any information here will be very helpful.

micz8, I found PEO better option, although you will find many post on immigration board for your question.

Do you know if I need to do fresh english language test or I can submit the old IELTS certificate which I submitted with my entry clearance back in 2009?
