Hi all,

I would like to know if I would qualify for a mortgage from local banks, on the Tier 2 Visa I hold?

I am planning to buy a house.

Not sure if you would qualify and probably depends on your financial circumstances, size of your deposit and how long you have been resident in the UK. I doubt you would get a very good rate as you are not settled and your visa does not lead to settlement either.
