Online bank statement stamping - Sheffield

Hi,
I am sure this is the most frequently asked question. So pardon me...
I live in Sheffield and have been a victim of bad customer service from Lloyds with respect to stamping online statements.
My question is: Can anyone please help me with a branch in or nearby Sheffield who can stamp the bank statements? I have already ordered paper statements but just want to have a back up.
