Hi,

It would be great if some one guide me about the baby delivery in UK after taken the baby treatment in overseas.

I'm holding a Tier 2 visa and wife is on dependant visa since 2011. Currently my wife is on baby treatment in back home (India) and I'm planning to bring her back to UK after three months pregnancy. Further more in 2015 she was out of UK less than 90 days and in 2016 she will be back after March only.

So I would like to know that whether I'm entitled to go NHS for baby delivery? Then what are the documents required to carry while travel back to UK for delivery.

Thanks indeed. Cheers...

If she has a valid visa, she can use the NHS.

No documents required when traveling back.

That's great. Thanks for your info.

Is it same even if we take any IVF treatment in overseas?

If she has had IVF, she needs some documents to show her GP here.
