My wife has been granted a Spouse visa and has a Biometric Residence Permit. She arrived in the UK 90 days ago.

She wants to start driving and we were planning to apply for a provisional license.

Has anyone else got experience of applying for this? Is she eligible to apply?

Shall we just send the BRP or the passport with BRP?
