I am planing to apply for general visit visa for my parents. I have got ILR and soon getting British passport. I just wanted to know about good medical insurance for my parents during their stay in UK. It would be highly appreciated.

Get travel insurance from country of residence / origin before they travel.
UK insurers will not insure visitors, and if any do it will be exorbitantly expensive!!!

What is good or not good is subjective, so google to find and compare.
