Hi. I have three foster children who live with me. They are Congolese refugees with no birth certificates or passports etc. However, they do have ILR and UK-issued Travel Documents. I have copies of the paperwork for this. I am finding it almost impossible to open them bank accounts because of their lack of paperwork. Can anyone suggest a bank that is helpful please? Thanks.

They are all teenagers and I've tried Santander, Halifax, Natiinwide and others, but seem to be getting the same response each time.
