Fiance visa requirment if previously spouse visa rejected

Salam dear all,
As i already wrote in my previous posts plz guide me as our spouse visa was rejected in pakistan due to husand'S first marriage was not dissolved properly according to uk law wd decree absolute.now my question is should we change wife passport and then apply for fiance visa or go with the previous one.so that passport date may after decree absolute.???
