Just wondred if anyone had any experince with this. Specfically wahtt date is take as the start of the 12 month period in which you can drive on a none EU licence

My Wife arrived on a spouse visa in April but had to attend some work commitments overseas in July and August of last year.

Dose the 12 month period start from her first arrival or from the her last arrival date back to t UK. The definition of living in the uk seems porley defined. Dont want her driving illegally accidentially.

My Wife arrived on a spouse visa in April
"You can drive in Great Britain on your full, valid driving licence for 12 months from when you became resident

After 12 months you’ll need to apply for a provisional licence and pass the theory and practical driving tests to drive in Great Britain."

That 12 month clock won't restart every time she enters the UK again.
