Shipping from Canada to the UK

Hello 
I am currently in the UK, but have a lot of belongings still in storage in Vancouver, Canada that I need to get shipped back over to me. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a company that is inexpensive to get it all shipped over (I have friends who can do the packing etc.). I've looked online, but find the websites are very confusing, and would so would prefer to go on a recommendation.
