I have received an email in the 4th May 2021 at my applications have been
decided in the 29th April 2021 and 5 days after I received this email
"As you have not received your decision yet, we have escalated your case to
the relevant department on 10-05-2021 and you should be contacted shortly."
What does it mean and what the type of decision will be ? Should I I
receive if it was refuse an email to give me right to make a peal ? Can
they maybe give refuse with the decument
