Hi Friends,

One of my friend had got Tier 1 visa in Dec 2010 from India. Could any one tell if he needs to be here within 6 months of getting visa or if he can come later like in Sept 2011?

He may travel anytime during the validity of this leave.

beware! although theoretically correct the guys checking the passport will be skeptic about this. he should just be calm and make ready any kind of official document with himself.
I entered UK after 24 months I received my Tier1. I was able to pass but i don't forget the psychological warfare between me and him.
