Hi All

I've a tier 1 visa to UK valid until Sep 2012. I did not travel to UK until now due to personal commitments. However I am planning to move now. But the circumstances are different from what it was when I applied for the visa.

> I m married now. The visa is only for myself. I did not show my partner's details while applying as I was not married that time. How do I proceed now?
>Would the immigration office question me on my late entry? Any documents other than passport to be carried?
>As we all know, UK immigration rules keep changing everyday. Does that mean that my extension after an year's stay will be affected?

I've been using this blog to get my visa. Hoping that I ll be able to get a job in UK.

Thnaks everyone.

The title of post states "job seeking" but none of the queries are related to "job seeking"!

To answer your questions:
1. If you wish to you partner to travel to UK with / after you, then your partner must apply for entry clearance as dependant of Tier 1 (General) migrant. Browse through the relevant forum and you'll find loads to information on the matter.
2. Perhaps, and if there are any you should answer them honestly.
3. Under current rules, existing migrants may extend their stay in UK if they are eligible for extension.
