Hello,
If i have a foreign driving licence which i got recently from my home country. Can i change it for a UK Licence within one year of my last entry date into the UK or is it supposed to be one after my very very first entry back then in 2003?

Firstly not all foreign driving licences can be converted. It depends upon the country that issued it.
So please confirm which country did issue your full driving licence.

Looked back at previous posts and I assume you have a South African licence? You can indeed convert it to a UK licence, if I'm right.
There is no requirement to have it converted within a year after arrival in the UK, you just cannot use your South African licence a year after you initially arrived. This is based on your date of initial entry, not date of last entry. (First entry on your ancestry visa).
It seems that you have been here for a while - you cannot exchange your licence after 10 years of entry or after expiry of your SA licence (the latter is bound to happen first). If your SA licence has expired, you'll have to sit the test here.
