Global talent visa stage1 timeline

Hello all,

I have applied for my GTV application through endorsement on 15th Nov. 2021 from UK. My current visa (tier 2) expire on 14tyh Dec. 2021. Although I have a COS from my employer to extend my visa. I want to wait for decision of my GTV endorsement.
Can someone share their experience in such situation? DO we normally get endorsement decision within in 3 weeks?
