ILR via Global talent route, Naturalisation of kid and extension of Visa to dependants

Dear All,
I have following questions to apply for ILR for me, Naturalisation for my kid (born in UK), extension for dependants (partner and kid) :
1. I am planning to apply for ILR this December, on a priority route, for this I have confusion about the dates of submission. My current BRP shows 12th Dec 2023 is my expiry date. But the first time I entered UK was 30th December 2020. On a Global talent route if I take 3 years in consideration. Can I submit my application for 28 days before 12th Dec 2023. which is 14th Nov 2023 or not ?
2. I would like to apply for Citizenship for my kid born in UK? Currently his Visalso valid until 12th dec 2023. Can I apply him just after I receive my ILR decision, if so what is the process I have to take?
3. I would like to apply for the extension of my dependants (partner and kid). Currently their Visas also valid until 12th Dec 2023. can I apply them as global talent dependant, do I have to wait for my ILR decision or can I send the application along with my ILR applications.
