Extension of dependants GTV after main applicant has applied for ILR

Hi,

I have submitted my application for ILR as I am now eligible (myself and dependants will complete 3years on the current GTV on 25/02/2025 when the visa expires.

I am trying to extend my dependants Global talent visa, I have got to the payment page but I didn't see any to select the required 3 years duration for the extension. Kindly please advise on how I can do this, it's really confusing (I initially thought the 3 years will be applied automatically when the IHS is calculated but seems I am wrong...

...this is now sorted. had a chat with UKVI and they confirmed all that needed to be doe was to add the 3 years to main applicant LTR expiry date at the beginning (Start page) of dependant partner application...the 3 years is then automatically applied to partner and children (if dependant children are added in the application) at the payment stage...Cheers.

I am also in the same situation and I am confused. Could you please let me know is it mandatory to apply for 3 years extension as my wife and kids are eligible for ILR after 1 year. I am applying for ILR since I was on GTV.
