Dependents' TLS appointment before main GTV applicant - Any impact on decision?

Hi everyone,

I recently applied for GTV route shifting from Skilled worker (3 yrs) within UK. While I was waiting for stage 1 endorsement, I applied for my dependents' visa extension (as they wanted to show their employer) and also for their TLS contact appointment. I later applied for my stage 2 and booked my TLS contact appointment 2 weeks after them. My questions-

1. My dependents have TLS contact appointment before me. Will that impact our visa extension decisions in any way?

2. I heard that there is 45 days rule for dependents to book for TLS contact appointment after their application submission. Are these 45 days calculated as working days or calendar days? If it's working days then I can reschedule their appointment with/after me.

As they have appointment on 7-Apr-25, it will help greatly if you can reply at the earliest.
