Hi
I understand the strict rule for Wife (Partner) to apply for ILR only after 5 years but can the dependent child apply for ILR along with me?
I would be eligible for ILR in Nov'2021, can I apply ILR for my dependent along with me?

Child will qualify for ILR when the mother does.
