Time Frame England Art Council

hello friends.. i applied for tier 1 application from india. my endorcement body is england art council. i submitted my application on 12th april and same day courier my documents which received there on 15th april ,but still till today i didn't get confirmation email of recieving documents from home office. any idea about time frame ?? please reply if someone also facing same situation..
