Tier 1 Exceptional Talent not endorsed - Negative impact: a stop flag at UK border

Hello All,
Thanks for valuable information on this forum - it's really helpful. I am in a difficult situation, hope one of you can guide me in right direction. I applied for Tier 1 Exceptional Talent and my stage 1 application is not endorsed by tech nation. After this every time I enter, UK border stops me asking if there is any immigration issue and then they do some check before they allow me to enter and they mention I applied for Tier 1 ET and that's not endorsed.
Tech nation doesn't endorse that's fine but in rerun a stop flag is really frustrating!
Some background - I have been living in UK on ICT visa for last 3 years, my partner got T4 General so I switched from ICT to Tier4 dependent. After a month I applied for Tier 1 ET but that got rejected saying it doesn't meet tech nation criteria.
My Question: 1. Is there a way to remove this stop flag.
2. Is there any risk if I try to extend / switch my visa as T2 General dependent or as a T2 general primary applicant?
