I applied for HO first, then applied to Tech Nation uploading all documents.

Is that all? do I need to send the HO checklist somewhere? do I need to apply to HO again after submitting to Tech Nation?

Just a bit confused and would appreciate your help.

Now you have to wait for:

1) Email from Home Office mentioning UTR number.
2) Email from Home Office with outcome of stage 1 application.

There is no need to send paper documents anywhere. I did this, but multiple forum users and Tech Nation itself confirmed that it's not necessary.

My timelines are URN: 13 Sep, application submission : 11 Sep, Fast Track
It’s been more than 18 working days and I still haven’t heard back. Is it a bad sign? Does delays from tech nation means they are going to reject the endorsement? Any pointers please?
My colleague recieved his endorsement in exact 18 days early last week
