Tier 1 Exceptional talent visa-Key Criteria 1

Hi All,
I have worked in DevOps in all MNC. As part of Key Criteria 1 for tech nation, I have done Innovation in some projects as part of a team in the MNC. For that what evidence can I show? Will a Recommendation letter mentioning about my innovation serve the purpose. Please guide

I am qualified ACCA as well as chartered accountant from India.
With changes coming in global talent visa, is there any chance that ACCA or CA will be considered as an exceptional talent?

Then the only option left will be Tier2, is there any chances of abolishment of RLMT, coz of this many sponsored organization reluctant to offer job
