Endorsed as an exceptional talent (TIER 1) - What's next?

Hi,

I've been recently endorsed as an exceptional talent (a recognised leader) with the following details:

Applied for Stage-1: 3rd Nov'19
Got endorsement: 15th Nov'19

Now the question is, should i start applying for the relevant jobs while staying here in my home country? Is there any chance that recruiters will contact me while having only stage - 1 status?

OR

Should i apply for Stage - 2 immediately and visit the UK as soon as possible to look out for opportunities?

OR

Something which I'm not thinking right now? Waiting for expert advice(s) from fellow Alumini

Regards,
Nazif

It's entirely up to you. You can do whatever fits in best with your plans and the logistics of your move to the UK.

I'd recommend you should do it yourself as no one can write better than yourself about all your achievements. I can only provide you with the guidelines if you agree. Please send me an email with all details, i'll see what i can do for you;

You need to apply for stage 2 ASAP. Your endorsment is valid only for 3 months from the date you got the endoresement email. You need to show that you HAVE the right to work in the UK otherwise no company would accept you.

Still you don't know about the decision on your Tier 1 Visa.

Good Luck,
Fred
