New Name to Tier 1 Exceptional Talent?

Hi All,
As per the latest announcement from 20 February 2020, there will be an introduction of Global Talent Visa which will replace the Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa.
Can someone please help what is the exact new name of the latest visa:
1. The Global Talent Visa
2. Tier 1 - Global Talent Visa
3. Something else?
If it is Optional 3, then please so share the exact name!
