Are existing Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visas still valid post-Brexit? I've done some searching but can't find anything specifically mentioning it.

I'm wondering if we're required to apply for the new Global Talent visa even if we've already been under the Tier 1 visa for some time.

For what it's worth, the Global Talent visa page states we can reuse the endorsement from the Tier 1 scheme, but hopefully it won't be necessary?

You won't find anything about it because the Brexit doesn't affect UK immigration routes such as Tier 1, 2, 4... etc. So as far as these routes are concerned, the Brexit is not a factor.
