Guidance Needed On switch job on Tier 1 Talent visa

Hi All, I am applying for Tier 1 exceptional Talent visa(now global talent visa). I am sure to get it as I received one of the fellowship listed on their website, and I satisfy all other criteria listed. And This fellowship is for 2 years, the visa I would get will be for three years. My question is I want to change my field from PhD and postdoc in biology to Data analytics/science domain.
1. Can I do that while being on the global talent visa and or I need a fresh Tier 2.
2. Is visa situation is difficult/very difficult in industry.
3. I will be eligible to apply for ILR in three years. Has anyone switched field during their Tier 1 and applied for ILR?
