Regarding global talent recommendation letter

I have applied in Exceptional Talent one year before but unfortunately I was not endorsed. So I want to know whether recommendation letters which was written one year before will work for applying this year as well?
And another question is at that time, the title was exceptional talent but now it is entitled Global Talent. So do I need to change the recommendation letter with Global Talent?
