Global Talent BRP error (earlier expiry) and dependants visa application duration

Respected Moderators and Members,
Recently I have been granted global talent visa stage 2 approval with expiry date of 11 Sept, 2025 while the expiry date on BRP is 31 December, 2024. I have applied from within UK.
I have seen the post of one group member mentioning the reason that the 31st December 2024 is the date that was set by the EU for all biomteric documents (brps and passports) to be updated with more enhanced security features.
https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-work
My dependants have to apply now from outside UK and I am the main applicant. What should they put in the visa expiry date? Should they mention in the application the actual expiry date mentioned on the email (11 September, 2025) or they put the BRP expiry i.e., 31 Dec, 2024?
My second query is linked to the first. What will happen to IHS payments, should they pay till actual expiry date (Sep 11, 2025) or the expiry date printed on BRP (31 Dec 2024)?
If there is a possibility I would prefer to pay till the actual expiry date of my visa (11 Sep, 2025) so they will get ILR after 5 years instead of applying for one extension of 6-12 months before they will be eligible for ILR costing more.
Thanks

Actual visa expiry date. The brp is just the card that expires not the visa.

Their ilr qualifying period starts from the date their visa is issued, whenever that is as it is the date if decision that will start their visa residence time. They will potentially have a shortfall to qualify for ilr.

Thanks much @CR001 for your kind reply, much appreciated.
Just to clarify, as dependants are applying outside UK, still the ILR qualifying period starts from the date visa will be issued or it will start from the date they enter UK?
