If I choose 3 evidences under QC3 (Continuous Learning) then

1) Can I only show three certification/training as a part of this criteria? Does each training count as 1 evidence?
2) How will then I show continuous learning over 5 years as there will be more than 3 evidences?

You can show all 5 years of continuous learning in 1 evidence with a 3-page document.

Does Evidence needs to be signed by someone or just screenshot of certificates (multiple certificates on 1 page ) would work?

I have used as a screenshot and its implementation or plan for implementation.

I have used 1 evidence for QC3. In one 3 page A4 letter, I have covered 5 years of Continous Learning. The Training Certificates mentioning Hrs and grades or Certification on a particular skill are enough to showcase yes you have done the continuous learning for 20 hrs for the past 3 years or 5 years.

My combinations of pieces of evidence are KC2:3, QC1: 6(2 sets of Innovation), QC3:1.
