Global Talent Visa employment gap

Post by VikasMandal » Wed Nov 04, 2020 7:27 am

Hi,
I currently hold Global Talent Visa and working in the UK.
I got a job offer and I accepted it from some other company and my last day agreed with current company is 4th Dec 2020. My joining date with new company is 14th Dec 2020 i.e. there is a period of 1 week where I won’t be working for any company. Is it ok to be without any job for a period of 1 week on Global Talent Visa Category? As I understand it does not require any job offer while applying for this visa but not sure once this visa is granted then its ok to have a employment gap, will that have any impact if I apply for ILR later
