I am planning to apply for GTV and understood that it required to get Letter of Recommendation from 3 organizations. Can someone please help me to share the Sample template and what are the points to be covered in LR or some contacts who can help?

There is no template letter.

Read the guidance notes, it tells you what is required.

Members are also not permitted to post "contact details" of anyone who "can help"
