My stage-1 application for GTV has been denied with improper judgment and comments mentioned in the decision letter.

I have challenged the decision and sent a review. It's been 23 days now and I don't get any result.

My review document notes has hardly 1 page to review/read.

I know the SLA is 28 days, however, when I checked with few people who applied for this visa and got denied, I got to know that the review decision took them 3-5 days.

Not sure, why it's taking so long for me. Any idea, anyone?

I just got my decision -

I did not get the endorsement.

However, the most funny thing:

Initially the Mandatory Criteria and Optional Criteria 3 got YES, and Optional 2 Criteria got NO

after submitting for review for Optional criteria 2,

Both Mandatory Criteria and Optional Criteria 3 got NO, and Optional Criteria 2 got a YES

This shows their process is so inconsistent and I'm not sure who to take this forward and let Homeoffice know about this absurd/inconsistency process.

Will the Endormenet be only considered if we apply through one of the Tech nation partners?

Because we pay a huge amount to the partners, and if we are applying by ourselves, we just pay the application fee

Do you mean the Technation's legal partner Kingsley Napley?

AFAIK it's not a necessity to go through them, as people have applied for endorsement individually and had success.

For the GTV, it is best to apply directly. No agency or law-firm partner knows about your credentials/skillsets/qualifications/strengths as much as yourself.

Perhaps post the rejection reason here, and work on addressing the highlighted shortcomings on your applications. You may then be able to submit a stronger application in the future.

Nope. Endorsement review is final.

Did you get your decision?

Since the SLA is 28 calendar days, they will pick your application on the 26th day, and give a decision on 27th day (of course, they will defend their original decision)
