Hi all,

I got my exceptional talent visa through tech nation and entered the UK in September 2016, then got married and my wife got here January 2018 (around 1.5 years after I did). I'm eligible for ILR now and I've read previous threads here around applying for a GTV extension for my wife so she does not reset her 5 years. I was wondering how this practically works, and what comes first (my ILR or her extension)?

Any idea where the official guidance is provided for my reference? I could only find guidance about this for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur and Investor) but not GTV. I want to make sure we include the right documents etc.

And do you know which link she should apply through?
