Student Visa to GTV

HI All,
My Spouse has 7+ Yrs of experience as Computer Science - Assistant professor in India, But took break for 2+ years due to family commitments. She was planning to do Msc in computer Science in UK with this past experience and UK Masters can she apply for GTV in any form . Please advice with your thoughts. I have gone through the gov.uk links but could not understand completely.
