GTV Endorsement(Route1)

Hello,
I have a job offer for the Teaching Fellow position. I want to apply for the GTV endorsement(route1) and my employer is happy to support my application but in my job description the leading/leadership is not clear. Nevertheless, I think my employer will write that I have a leading role in the supporting letter. Do I have any chance?
If I claim that I have a leading role in my endorsement application, but HO or the endorsement body(Royal Society) recognize that I do not have a leading role, can it affect my future visa applications?
